Children
The Villa is suitable for children under 12. However, please note that while the plunge pool has a cover, the large 19m swimming pool does not have safety nets, although there is a gate that can be closed between the private garden and the main grounds. Extra care should be taken with young children.
Pets
The Villa is not suitable for pets, and no pets are allowed. Please note that the property owner has some pets living on-site.
Smoking
The Villa is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted outside, away from the interiors.
Noise
The Villa is in a quiet neighbourhood. No parties, large gatherings, or events are allowed. Please be considerate to other guests and neighbours—no noise after 10pm.
