Driving Directions
Travelling on the N2 towards Cape Town, pass Cape Town International Airport and take the M3 South towards Muizenberg. After approximately 10 km, take the Kendal Road off-ramp, following the Constantia/Hout Bay exit. Turn right onto Kendal Road.
After about 500 metres, turn left onto Spaanschemat River Road (M42) towards Tokai. Travel into the large circle / roundabout next to the Constantia Emporium shopping centre and take the second exit. You’ll then pass a restaurant called ‘Peddlars’ on your right.
When the road forks, turn right into Klein Constantia Road and follow the signs to Klein Constantia Estate. Number 74 is located at the end of Klein Constantia Road on the right-hand side.
Our estate is situated in a very safe area, and enjoys 24-hour security.
Cancellation Policy
- For bookings within 30 days of your stay, a 100% deposit is required.
- For bookings more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance paid at least two days before arrival.
- We have a strict cancellation policy to protect against cancellations. You will be liable for the cancellation fee whether we have a deposit from you or not. Companies/travel agencies operating on a ‘bill-back’ basis will also be liable to pay cancellation fees if cancelled, whether we have a voucher or not. Please ensure you and/or clients are aware of our policy before accepting accommodation at our establishment.
- Cancellations more than 30 days prior to visit: Forfeit 50% of the total booking quote (i.e., full deposit).
- Cancellations between 30 and 1 days prior to the visit: Forfeit 100% of the total booking quote (i.e., full payment).
- Non-arrival/no show/premature departure: 100% of the total booking quoted is payable (i.e., no refunds allowed).
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 14h00. Please note that if you plan to arrive late into the evening, we would appreciate being advised so that we can prepare for your check-in after hours. If you plan to arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the guest house while you go out exploring or you are welcome to have a cup of tea and relax in the garden until your accommodation is ready.
Check-Out Time: Our latest check-out is at 10h30. Later check-outs are only possible if the rooms are empty the following day. You are welcome to have a cup of tea and relax in our lounge, or we can hold your luggage until you are ready to depart.
